  1. Nico's Commander is distributed -as is-. No warranty of any
  2. kind is expressed or implied. You use this software at your own
  3. risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages,
  4. loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or
  5. misusing this software.

  7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
  8. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  9. transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
  10. program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
  11. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  12. termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
  13. civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are
  14. reserved by Nico Cuppen Software.

  16. Nico's Commander is shareware. This means:
  17. - All copyrights to Nico's Commander are exclusively owned
  18.   by Nico Cuppen Software.
  19. - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30
  20.   days. Following this trial period of 30 days or less, if you
  21.   wish to continue to use Nico's Commander, you MUST register.
  22. - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  23.   to use Nico's Commander on one computer (i.e. a single cpu),
  24.   for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Nico's
  25.   Commander software may not be rented or leased, but may be
  26.   permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to
  27.   the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
  28.   transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
  29. - The Nico's Commander unregistered shareware version may be
  30.   freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not
  31.   modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  32.   distribution of Nico's Commander without written permission
  33.   from the copyright holder.

  35. Installing and using Nico's Commander signifies acceptance of
  36. these terms and conditions of the license.
